Concerned about your child's speech or language development? A screening is a brief assessment of speech and language skills that can help determine whether or not a formal evaluation is recommended.
Speech Evaluation
60 minutes
A speech evaluation will assess your child's articulation skills and speech intelligibility. The evaluation may include formal standardized testing, an informal oral mechanism examination, and a language sample. You will receive an individualized report with long-term and short-term goals for progress monitoring.
Language Evaluation
60 minutes
A language evaluation will assess your child's receptive and expressive language skills. The evaluation may include formal standardized testing and informal play-based observation. You will receive an individualized report with long-term and short-term goals for progress monitoring.
Feeding Evaluation
60 minutes
A feeding evaluation will help to identify the presence of a feeding aversion or disorder. The evaluation will include parent interview and clinical observation of your child during mealtime. You will receive an individualized report with long-term and short-term goals for progress monitoring.
Treatment Session
30 minutes
Treatment sessions for speech, language, and feeding therapy may take place in your home, at school, or in a familiar environment. Each session is uniquely designed to address your child's individual difficulties.
